Our Story
At the helm of this beloved sushi bar is Chih “Danny” Liu. Originally from Taiwan, Liu’s early career was rooted in the traditional flavors of Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine, which he learned from an early age. However, his passion for the art of sushi grew over time, and he was influenced by Japan’s culinary culture, which had a significant impact on Taiwan. This passion led Liu to refine his skills in Japanese cuisine, and by 2000, he had gained experience working at various sushi restaurants throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. His journey culminated in 2012 with the opening of Little Lilly Sushi, a dream he had worked towards for many years.
Since then, Little Lilly Sushi has become a cornerstone of the Fort Worth dining scene, beloved for its high-quality, fresh ingredients and innovative approach to sushi.
